Privacy policy

This policy describes information used by Onefitt and this website. The features you enable determine which information is used and where it is stored.

Training and profile information

Onefitt stores information you enter, such as your display name, selected role, avatar, goals, routines, schedules, exercise logs and saved training results. It uses this information to provide the app’s planning, training, history and personalization features. Local training is available without creating a connected account.

Optional iCloud features and sharing

If you enable personal iCloud sync, training information is stored in your private iCloud storage so it can sync across your devices. A connected Onefitt account separately uses Apple CloudKit for account identity, profile connections, shared programs and related records. Onefitt does not receive your Apple Account password.

QR invitations and connected sharing disclose the profile information, programs or summaries involved in the feature you choose. Trainers and trainees can exchange programs and completed workout summaries through their connection. Shared or exported copies held by another person may remain after you remove your own copy; contact the recipient about those copies.

Camera tracking and recordings

Camera access is requested before camera features are used. Pose tracking processes camera frames on your device. Tracking results may be saved with your workout; they are experimental fitness feedback, not medical measurements.

Video recording requires a separate choice and the device’s recording prompt. Recordings include the displayed camera view, overlay and app audio, with microphone capture disabled. Recordings are stored on the device and excluded from Onefitt’s iCloud backup of those files. They are not automatically sent to your trainer or to an AI training service. You choose whether to share or export them. An exported copy is governed by the destination you select.

Permissions and connected devices

Optional features may request access to the camera, selected photos, notifications, location for gym-arrival reminders, or communication with Apple Watch. Information is used for the feature you enable. You can revoke device permissions in Settings. Removing a permission stops future access but does not automatically delete previously saved records.

Subscriptions and downloads

Apple handles App Store purchases. Onefitt uses transaction and entitlement information to determine available features and restore access; it does not receive your payment-card number. Paid media delivery may send purchase-verification information to our media service and Apple, and technical request information to the hosting provider, to authorize and deliver a download.

Support and this website

If you email support, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send, and use them to investigate and respond. Avoid including unnecessary sensitive information.

This website does not include our own advertising trackers or analytics scripts. Hosting and email providers process technical information needed to deliver and secure their services, such as network addresses and request or delivery logs. This site does not provide an app-account sign-up form.

Retention and your choices

Training and recordings remain until you delete them or remove the relevant stored copy. Turning iCloud sync off does not delete its existing copy. Onefitt offers Delete iCloud training copy for the separate synced training snapshot and Delete connected account for connected identity and associated records. These actions do not delete local training, backups you created, or exported copies held elsewhere.

We retain support correspondence for as long as needed to resolve the request, maintain relevant service records and meet applicable obligations. You can ask about access, correction or deletion by contacting us. We may need enough information to verify the request. Provider backups and records retained for applicable legal obligations may follow separate retention schedules.

Service providers and security

Apple provides iCloud, CloudKit and purchase services; hosting and email providers support website, media and communication delivery. Information is shared as necessary for those services or when you direct a sharing action. We do not sell your personal information. We use app access controls and platform protections, but no storage or transmission method can guarantee absolute security.
